Spring is here

The weather is starting to warm up over here - finally! It's been in the high 60's all week and will be getting warmer this weekend. The only problem is the rain! It's supposed to rain all weekend. Fourth quarter started this week - almost finished with the school year! My Uncle Bernie and Cousin Mark arrive on the 30th. We're all flying up to Beijing for about five days to see the Great Wall and the Forbidden City.

Mandy is mastering the guitar and should be touring soon.

The Pink Panther

I miss my dad a lot. It's been over a year now since he's been gone, and I miss him as much as I ever did. I am, however, starting to remember a lot of the happy times I spent with him; and instead of making me sad and depressed, they make me happy and thankful. One of my favorite memories is watching The Pink Panther movies with him as a kid. More than anything else, I would watch him laugh until he cried. Peter Sellers was one of our favorites. This clip is probably one of my favorites of all time - it never gets old for me. Watch it all the way through...

Too much time on my hands...

So I've learned the secret of posting videos on my blog. I hope this doesn't get too annoying for you. Just scroll on by if you're not interested.

The visual and sound on the first video is horrible, but I came across it and couldn't resist putting it on. Makes me want to go to the ballpark every time I see it.

The second is a video for "Young Folks" by Peter Bjorn and John. Extremely catchy.
